The course is aimed at training corporate figures and consultants involved in developing and implementing efficient environmental sanitation systems. Participation in the course will give participants a regulatory/technical background in the subject that will enable them to address issues related to environmental sanitation management; understand the value and importance of the proper use of principals; and fulfill issues related to environmental protection and water management.
Course Development
The lecturers are academics and professionals from agencies and companies specializing in the topic of sanitation.
Theoretical/practical exercises designed to illustrate methods, tools and evaluation of air quality and the effectiveness of a sanitization plan will be held as part of the course.
The methods and technologies presented will have 2 specific focuses: the first, focusing on sanitization principals and technologies, and the second on the agri-food supply chain/sector for a training tailored to those working in the field.
The course promotes the reduction of the environmental impact related to environmental sanitization operations through the conscious use of conventional principals and minimizing the use of water through the use of new technologies (e.g., ozone, electrolyzed water) to optimize sanitization practices in environments and in the agri-food supply chain, so as to reduce the risk of residues in the environment and contamination of foodstuffs and their waste.
The aim is to create an ecosystem in which participating companies are engaged in research and innovation activities for the creation of virtuous supply chains.
Finally, the course strengthens the skills of human capital in the area by raising the competitive value of industries, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises.
Mission: to know how to best manage the green transition of an increasingly globalized production system
