The Distributed Leadership course is open to all and has a dual objective. On the one hand it aims to introduce the main theories relating to team dynamics and the management of informal leadership. On the other hand, through group work, business games and case histories, the skills of working in a team and managing projects are developed, the teaching of which is essential from direct experience.
The course intends to develop those transversal skills - also known as soft skills - teamwork and leadership, increasingly considered an essential element for the valorisation of research results to be carried out in teams and to encourage technological and project transfer.
In particular, the course is relevant for the tourism, culture and fashion sectors, and more generally for the areas in which team work is envisaged to improve personnel management processes and strategic vision and change management in sectors very competitive and constantly changing.
