The course, open to all, has a dual objective. On the one hand, it aims to introduce the main theories concerning team dynamics and informal leadership management. On the other, through group work, business games and case histories, the skills of working in a team and managing projects are developed, the teaching of which is essential to direct experience.
The course, by its nature transversal to all areas of Spoke, aims to develop those transversal skills - also known as soft skills - teamwork and leadership, increasingly considered an essential element for the valorization of the results of research to be carried out in teams and to promote the technological transfer also of projects related to the themes of Spoke 3. In particular, the course may be relevant for the tourism, culture and fashion sectors, and more generally for the areas in which teamwork is expected to improve the processes of personnel management and strategic vision and change management in very competitive and constantly changing sectors.
