Description

The Master in Management of small and medium-sized enterprises is inspired by the main lines of research activated by Spoke 4 of the NODES project - North West Digital and Sustainable, with at its center the great challenges of the new organization of work, the double digital and ecological transition, and orientation towards the environmental and economic sustainability of production processes.

The managerial skills that are offered in the master's course are aimed at giving the tools to face these challenges as identified in the Spoke 4 vision. In this, the attention to small and medium-sized enterprises is strategic which, on the one hand, may have greater difficulties in governing the profound transformations that these processes trigger in the contemporary market, on the other hand they are the companies most present in mountain areas, and therefore fundamental players in the territorial regeneration promoted by the NODES ecosystem.
