Description:

 

The NODES ecosystem, and in particular Spoke 4 (digital innovation for sustainable mountains), have the aim of encouraging the transition towards digital in the North-West territories. Nowadays the market offers innovative tools that facilitate intra/inter-company collaboration without requiring the co-presence of all collaborators in the same place and which allow the identification of critical issues and bottlenecks thanks to automatic analysis engines once the prerogative of a few. However, small and medium-sized entities rarely approach these tools, which are perceived as difficult also due to the lack of specifically designed training opportunities. The course aims to fill this gap by introducing three trending topics (machine learning, business process management and process mining) also through the demonstration of the use of selected tools. In addition to providing an overview of these three themes, the hope is to create opportunities for further contact and collaboration with the ecosystem.
