The course is part of the NODES – Digital and Sustainable North West project, aiming to provide advanced entrepreneurial skills to students and professionals, in line with the mission of Spoke 3, through the digitalization of businesses, the promotion of sustainability, and the valorization of Made in Italy products.
The course is designed to train new professionals capable of transforming creative ideas into innovative, sustainable, and digitally equipped business projects. The approach is strongly action-oriented: participants will learn fundamental tools for developing a startup, from defining the value proposition to developing a business plan, with in-depth studies on fundraising, marketing, growth strategies, and the final pitch.
The course responds to the needs of an ecosystem that requires transversal entrepreneurial skills capable of combining culture, local area, social impact, and innovation. The analysis of market trends, a focus on sustainable business models, and the use of digital tools aim to strengthen the competitiveness of Italian companies and guide them through a future-oriented transformation.
Course Structure:
• Module 1 – Business in Action: Models, Strategies, Pitches
• Module 2 – Pitching and AI: Presentation Techniques and Supporting AI Tools
• Module 3 – Sustainable Growth: Strategies, Finance, and Trends
Teaching Methodology:
The course includes lectures accompanied by practical examples, business case analysis, continuous feedback, and Q&A sessions.
