Communicating Effectively is a course on strengthening soft skills developed by ComoNExT to allow companies of all sizes to improve their public speaking skills through various support tools. In particular, the course will focus on the topic of multiculturalism and the role it has in communication. The goal is to highlight the importance of communication in a “Learning by Doing” course.
The course will be divided into two parts, one didactic and one experiential, all included in the 12 hours of the course. The main topics will be a presentation of the skills of a good communicator carried out as an exercise, a listening session with an attached test to work on “listening skills”, a part on interpersonal communication and the importance of balancing content and relationships, another part on paraphrasing and recapping to take stock of situations, and, finally, a section dedicated to how to be effective in public speaking.
