The fourth edition of the free, hands-on entrepreneurship program, part of the ComoNext Innovation Hub, is organized for the NODES – Digital and Sustainable North West project.
This program is open to all, but places are limited; ideas in the tourism, culture, textile, and fashion sectors are of particular interest.
The program includes five full-immersion days, alternating classroom training sessions with workshops to apply the knowledge gained to practical cases.
The following topics will be covered during the five-day Academy:
• Focus and analysis of the market needs being addressed
• Value proposition analysis and stakeholder analysis
• Analysis of potential customer segments and initial market test
• Critical analysis of internal skills and skills gaps for time to market
• Business model focus
At the workshop level, the Academy offers individual or team work sessions supported by ComoNExT tutors, in dedicated spaces within the Hub.
The goal of these sessions is to translate the concepts learned in the plenary session into your own business project, using operational tools such as: Business Model Canvas, SWOT Analysis, presentation pitch, market testing tools, and chronological planning (Development Roadmap and Project Gantt Chart).
