Patient preference studies (PPS) are crucial in clinical research for designing studies and developing therapies, but they present methodological challenges due to the heterogeneity of preferences. Repertor.io aims to facilitate the use of PPS in healthcare decision-making with a platform for collecting and analyzing preferences, improving healthcare strategies and therapy development. This platform supports health technology assessment agencies, researchers in selecting relevant endpoints, and pharmaceutical companies in planning R&D investments. The global market for patient engagement solutions, of which PPS are a part, is valued at $17.88 billion with a growth rate of 20.1% from 2023 to 2028.

The goal
Document

The challenge of the project is to overcome the methodological difficulties associated with the heterogeneity of patient preferences (PPS) and to establish methodological standards to ensure the reliability and validity of the results. The goal is to create a platform, Repertor.io, that facilitates the collection and analysis of patient preferences, integrating them into healthcare decision-making processes to improve healthcare strategies, research, and therapy development, making the healthcare system more efficient and centered on individual patient needs.

Why is it innovative
Document

By creating this platform, health technology assessment agencies can conduct more accurate cost-effectiveness evaluations, researchers can select treatment evaluation endpoints that are relevant to patients, pharmaceutical companies can better plan R&D investments, improve the conduct of clinical trials, and identify patient risk profiles.

Impact on the users
Document

Repertor.io contributes to a more efficient and patient-centered healthcare system, providing care and treatments that better meet individual needs, with a rapidly growing global market for patient engagement solutions.
