The course aims to develop team and leadership skills with asynchronous lessons and practical simulations, essential for success in modern organizations.
Goal of the course
The course, open to everyone, has a dual objective. On one hand, through the delivery of asynchronous lessons, the goal is to introduce the main theories related to team dynamics and leadership, while simultaneously aligning learners in developing a common vocabulary to support the accurate observation of team and leadership dynamics.
On the other hand, through a day of in-person simulations and role-playing, the aim to enhance and develop teamwork and leadership skills, as these teachings are essential to direct experience.
The course. inherently transversal to all areas of the Spoke, aims to develop those cross-cutting skills - also known as soft skills - teamwork and leadership, increasingly considered as an essential element for the exploitation of the research results to be carried out in teams and to promote the technology trasnfer of the projects of Spoke 5.

Duration: 16 hours
Delivery mode: The theoretical and informational lessons of the course, lasting 8 hours, will be delivered asynchronously. The lessons related to simulations and role-playing on course topics will be conducted in an 8-hour session at the University of Piemonte Orientale.
