Goal of the webinar
The webinar is open to all companies and will introduce the concept of ''tax incentives to support business competitiveness''. Specifically, it will focus on the new Patent Box, an optional regime that allows for the increased deduction of R&S costs incurred for the creation, development, enhancement, maintenance, and protection of assest such as industrial patents, copyright-protected software, models and designs.
The goal is also to disseminate among companies the reference legislation, in relation to: goals, start of the surcharge, eligible costs, cost recapture mechanism, cumulability and provide suggestios on correct documentation.
