The free acceleration program with an eye on agrifood tech is underway
Registration is now open for 0to1 Acceleration Sprint, the new acceleration program promoted by NODES Spoke 7. The initiative is aimed at startups and innovative projects, particularly in the agrifood tech sector, and aims to strengthen their market positioning by promoting access to investment and the creation of strategic relationships.
Launch Event
The program will be inaugurated on July 15, 2025, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., with an online event.

Program Objectives and Target Audience
The "0to1 Acceleration Sprint" aims to:
- Support innovative projects in validating and developing their business models;
- Facilitate matchmaking with strategic investors and partners;
- Promote access to new growth and investment opportunities;
- Support the development of solutions in the Green Food, Smart Food, and Healthy Food sectors.
The program is aimed at:
- Proof of Concept, Startups, and Spin-offs, including those not yet established;
- Projects that propose innovative solutions for the agri-food industry, particularly in the sectors of Sustainable Production (Green Food), Intelligent Systems and Industry 4.0/5.0 Transformation (Smart Food), and Safe and Healthy Food (Healthy Food).
Interested startups can apply by completing the online registration form.
How it Works
The program will run until November 30, 2025 in hybrid mode, with
- 12 online workshops on topics verticals;
- Personalized mentorship and business model support;
- In-person events for the launch, matchmaking with investors (October), and the final Demo Day (November) at the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo.
