PUBLIC NOTICE OF PUBLIC CONSULTATION ON THE THREE-YEAR PLAN FOR THE PREVENTION OF CORRUPTION AND TRANSPARENCY

With a view to updating the Three-Year Plan for the Prevention of Corruption and Transparency (PTPCT) for the 2026–2028 period, to be approved by 31 January 2026, HUB NODES S.c.a.r.l. (NODES) is launching a public consultation to gather comments and proposals on the current Plan, available on the website at the following page:

All stakeholders are therefore invited to submit — by 15 January 2026 — their proposals for amendments and/or additions, which will be taken into account in the process of drafting and internal adoption.
