The 1st phase is the implementation of a digital twin of the AS-IS environments where facility management activities are replicated.
The 2nd phase involves simulation of the impact resulting from the launch.
The 3rd phase involves testing in the real environment where the fleet will both act on the objectives defined in the simulation, but will be able to reorganize the scope of activities based on Aggregate Programming (AP) technologies, as well as update the digital twin by creating a feedback loop.
The main innovations will involve the development of:
- ML algorithms to enable AMRs to make efficient and immediate decisions;
- AP cooperation systems to enable AMRs to collaborate with each other;
- AMRs that optimize resource use and greenhouse gas emissions.
Beneficiaries are companies that need to automate their facility management and logistics processes in areas with connectivity problems or high risk, with goals to improve resilience, streamline cost and time, improve environmental impact, or automate operations in remote areas.
