The request for the innovation service stems from business needs related to increasing digital security. On many projects, passwords are shared using insecure methods and systems; moreover, the storage of passwords is often left to employees and most do not use a secure tool. The aim of the project is to create a centralised password manager that can enable fast, secure and reliable sharing of all passwords for the various projects, overcoming the above-mentioned problems.

The project's prospective validity lies in the growing need for secure password management in an increasingly digital business environment. The widespread use of multiple and complex passwords, together with the need to securely share login credentials, makes the centralised password manager a key element in improving security and efficiency.
