Registration for the ESG – Business and Legal Framework training course is now open and will close on 5 September 2025.
ESG – Business and Legal Framework is a training course designed by OGR Torino in collaboration with Futura Law FirmStarl SB to provide operational tools, regulatory expertise and strategic vision to those who wish to integrate ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) criteria into their business processes. The programme consists of five 5-hour modules, delivered online, with the optional possibility of attending the first and last sessions in person at OGR Tech.
The course takes an integrated approach to the main dimensions of sustainability – environmental, social and governance – and is aimed at managers, professionals, consultants and business figures involved in sustainability, compliance, communication and finance. Through case studies, practical exercises, simulations and analysis of real data, the course enables participants to acquire concrete skills to address the challenges posed by the new regulatory and reputational scenario linked to sustainable transition.
The ESG – Business and Legal Framework training course will be structured as follows:
Five teaching sessions (in person at OGR Torino or remotely) for a total of 25 hours on the following topics:
1. Module #1 | ESG as a strategic mindset

2. Module #2 | Environment, data and innovation
Date and time: 13 September | 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

3. Module #3 | Governance & Legal: integrating ESG into decision-making
Date and time: 19 September | 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Format: online
4. Module #4 | Human capital and social impacts
Date and time: Saturday, 20 September | 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Format: online
5. Module #5 | ESG reporting & sustainable finance
Date and time: 25 September, 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Format: hybrid (in person at OGR Tech and/or online)
Each meeting includes question and answer (Q&A) sessions.
At the end of the training course, a certificate of attendance will be issued to those who have attended at least 3 of the 5 modules.
