The third course of the cycle will be held in June 2025: "Territory and surroundings: enhancement, management and promotion of tourist destinations" proposed by the University of Eastern Piedmont in collaboration with the PARCO Foundation of Omegna as part of Spoke 3 of the PNRR NODES project, for which Prof. Stefania Cerutti is responsible.

 

The title of the course is: PROJECT MANAGEMENT techniques, methods and operational tools and its focus will be the indispensable methodology for planning, implementing and managing projects, or for focusing and valuing the set of principles, phases and practices that guide their organization. Its application is transversal, as it can be adopted in numerous fields, from culture to tourism, from healthcare to social, from business to the environment, to develop project activities aimed at creating or providing goods or services for the benefit of territories, businesses, communities, people.

 

It will be held exclusively in person, at the Omegna Forum (VB) and will start with a minimum of 10 participants. Given the type of course (in presence) and the operating method (drafting a project abstract), the course is open to a maximum number of 35 participants.

 

The dates will be as follows:

Friday 6 June 2-6 pm

Saturday 7 June 9 am-1 pm and 2-6 pm

Saturday 21 June 9 am-1 pm and 2-6 pm

Visit to the Moca Museum. Omegnese museum of homeware. Stories of objects and human enterprises

Introduction to PM: methodological framework and application examples

Projects and voices from the territories with the presence of PM experts in different fields: European and cross-border programs, financing opportunities of banking foundations, projects in the health, social and services fields, cultural projects, activities involving the public and young people.

- Salvatore Seminara (teacher, musician, creator and artistic director of the Ossola Guitar Festival)

- Edit Shahi (medical director of the Medical Directorate of the Carità Hospital in Novara)

- Marco Girardello (jurist specialized in penitentiary law, expert in professional training for prisoners)
