SRUFTAI concerns the study of the effectiveness and efficiency of the ultrasonic food treatment technology designed by Metacibus. The study will lead to the definition of validated recipes based on the availability of nutrients, nutraceuticals, and antinutritional factors, which, along with the ability to modulate the processing cycle depending on the product, will enable even non-specialised operators to use the technology simply and repetitively, while enhancing its adaptability to the specific needs of customers.

The consultancy will allow the company to propose to the sector: i) HORECA-related products that come with certifications confirming the preservation of their sensory, organoleptic, and nutritional properties, and ii) its ultrasonic technology (machinery) for the innovative processing of food raw materials within the AGRO PRIMARY INDUSTRY, featuring strong distinguishing elements compared to the "traditional" food and machinery producers currently present in the market.
The company will be able to create new “recipes” for certified foods, thereby ensuring a more articulated offering towards i) end consumers/HORECA, who will benefit from high-quality foods with positive health effects, and ii) food processing companies that will have their products certified when processed with METACIBUS technology. This will also highlight greater environmental sustainability (reduced water and energy consumption, increased yield of raw materials, reduced waste production, and extended shelf life).
The scientific data available to the company will enable better guidance in the implementation of METACIBUS technology and the expansion of various treatment types and their purposes, thereby creating new and diverse business opportunities. Ultimately, METACIBUS would become a technological first mover in its specific market sector.
