Researchers bring Spoke 7 themes to Terra Madre

Terra Madre is one of the main events organized in the North-West dedicated to the theme of food. This year, NODES Spoke 7 will be present at two important moments of this great initiative. 

On Thursday 26, the University of Turin (Department of Computer Science, Conference Room, 3rd floor Entrance Via Pessinetto, 12 - Piero della Francesca Side) will host the Forum delle Economie - Food Experience Nord Ovest. In this space Luisa Torri, together with other experts in the sector, will talk about what innovations Agrifood must implement in the face of macroeconomic pressures, the energy crisis and the global warming. 

On Saturday 28th, Luca Cocolin will be one of the speakers at the Conference Our food is our health. Only with biodiversity can the planet be fed. The aim of the meeting will be to explore the synergies needed to support the relationship between food, human health and planetary well-being, tracing connections (more or less evident) between agroecological transition, healthy diets, soil vitality and intestinal microbiome health, food sovereignty and biodiversity.
