ESGANALYTICS
Implementation of corporate business analytics for monitoring and communicating sustainability.

The company intends to structure a complete and systematic internal process for measuring and analyzing corporate ESG data, in order to support the sustainability path already undertaken by broadening its scope and strengthening it from a methodological point of view. The project has the following objectives:
- Integrate ESG strategies more fully within the company;
- Define the strategic sustainability plan;
- Structure the materiality matrix that identifies ESG parameters
- Set up the monitoring of ESG KPIs, integrating it with the current Business Analytics tool
- Develop a data-based sustainability communication strategy

The challenge
- Measure corporate ESG performance by highlighting the direct and indirect social, economic and environmental impacts that the company generates in the territory in which it operates
- Implement tools and methods for (Big)Data valorization to enable the development of predictive models
