INOQIT
Consulting for the redesign of corporate information systems

Scheda del progetto
INOQ SOC. COOP.
The INOQIT project aims to design and implement a new corporate IT system that allows easier and safer access to data by all stakeholders, including freelancers, employees, customers and institutions.
This system will make business operations more efficient, reduce the need for physical travel to the headquarters and promote agile and smart working. The new IT system will manage both internal activities and interactions with customers, such as certification requests, sending documents and regular uploading of production data. Finally, the system will track agricultural lands certified for various designations of origin, such as Nocciola Piemonte PGI and Mela Rossa CN PGI, and will evaluate how to integrate them with geographic information systems (GIS).

The main challenge is to create an advanced system that digitizes the entire customer acquisition and service management process, while ensuring maximum security and ease of use for all users, be they internal employees, customers or external collaborators. This requires a user-friendly interface and the integration of cutting-edge technologies to ensure data security and service stability.
The project is innovative because it proposes to create a software system tailored for the company, which currently relies on internal or market solutions that are not suited to specific needs. The goal is to integrate and improve the efficiency of existing platforms created with dated technologies, offering a complete and organic system to manage the entire certification process, which is not currently available on the market.
The implementation of the project will make the work of the company, Certification Body for the agri-food sector, more efficient, facilitating processes for customers and making information clearer and more accessible for those involved externally. In addition, it could lead to greater clarity in processes, reducing errors and allowing more effective management of the organization's resources.
