The company intends to develop sustainable innovation and digital transformation of its services, integrating into the relational system of the agri-food industry. The project consists of three main modules:

  • an analysis of the competitive context and a scouting of digital trends and technologies, considering both market and social developments and technological ones, with particular attention to digital transformation and environmental sustainability.
  • the use of artificial intelligence to innovate processes and services, improving interconnection with the agri-food ecosystem and restaurateurs.
  • experimental test of a user-centered / human-centered application using agile methodologies to collect real and reliable data quickly and economically.

The final result will be an innovative, digital and sustainable development plan for the company.
