Management and exploitation of intellectual property in the space field

The service consists in consulting for the management and exploitation of Adaptronics' intellectual property in the space sector, with particular regard to hardware and software technologies that can be implemented in cubesats, and the management of data collected by Adaptronics' sensor and digital twin technology. In addition, coaching activities are planned for the management of partnerships and customer relationships on IP and confidentiality aspects.

This service will address the challenge of analysing different possible IP management modes, also depending on the type of call and types of entities involved, and interpreting their possible impact in the technological context of the start-up.
The service will provide a clear business perspective, with rigorous and analytical foundations, on the management of hardware and software intellectual property in the space sector (cubesat technologies in particular) in partnerships or commercial agreements with customers, and also in the context of calls for tenders from agencies and government bodies.
Through this service, you will gain a rigorous understanding of IP management in this context, established practice and any critical issues.
