Ecomondo 2024: Spoke 2 present at the green fair in Rimini!
From Tuesday 5th November to Friday 8th November 2024, Rimini will host the 27th edition of Ecomondo, one of the most important Italian events dedicated to Green Tech.
NODES Spoke 2 will participate in this edition, promoting the research and innovation of the ecosystem and the University of Turin, giving visibility to innovative projects in the environmental field to create new connections with exhibitors and visitors interested in the ecological transition.
Ecomondo represents a European benchmark for sustainability, welcoming leading companies and cutting-edge projects in the areas of water management, waste disposal, bioenergy, sustainable agriculture and smart cities.
At stand 311 - Hall South, NODES Spoke 2 will present innovative research prototypes and materials, showcasing NODES projects. A number of researchers will be present to illustrate their innovations to the public.
Conference: The reuse of treated wastewater
On Thursday 7 November 2024, the Camelia Room on the 1st floor of Hall B6 will host the meeting “Il riuso delle acque reflue trattate: uno strumento per mitigare la scarsità idrica e il cambiamento climatico”.
This conference, promoted by the Water Reuse Scientific Platform in collaboration with NODES Spoke 2 and with the participation of the Full Professor of Organic Chemistry, University of Turin and Spoke 2 coordinator, Prof. Cristina Prandi, will address water reuse in a multidisciplinary way, touching on topics ranging from advanced treatment technologies to risk assessment and environmental, social and economic sustainability.
