nAtural oRigIn bAlms anD conditioners with loNg-lasting nano-restructuring Effects

Scheda del progetto
Currently, the attention of the cosmetics industry for hair and scalp care is focused on the study and development of new products that optimise the performance of hair dyes, improve hair's resistance to washing and smoothing treatments, and give hair softness, volume and elasticity.ARIADNE aims to develop a system for the concentration/purification of α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acids (α,β-UCAs) from agro-industrial waste managed by self-learning software.
This solution would allow an industrially profitable recovery for the production of a conditioning conditioner formulated with natural ingredients that act directly on the keratin structure of the hair, bringing beneficial changes and ensuring long-lasting results.

The challenge is to propose an innovative fast and effective treatment with restructuring action based on products extracted from marcs and possibly other agro-industrial waste.
The use of artificial intelligence to manage the process of isolation and concentration would allow the variability of plant chemicals to be managed in a virtuous way.
The emergence of a consumer need for products to prevent or repair hair damage, also due to an increase in the use of dyes, has prompted major global players to take steps to produce professional hair care solutions. This project will produce a high-end two-component conditioning conditioner formulated with natural ingredients that act directly on the keratin structure of the hair, bringing beneficial changes and guaranteeing long-lasting results for at least 1 month.
