BioEnPro H2O extracts and co-valorises "sor'aqua, quale è multo utile et humile et pretiosa et casta" (St. Francis 1224). The INPUT matrices are the residual community resources to be valorised (Biomasses; Sludge; FORSU; Leachate; PSA) converted into OUTPUTs of BioEnergy, Products and Water. The objective is to develop and validate sustainable solutions (TRL6) for integrated and digitalised circular and granular bioeconomy technology platforms (SCADA; AI; IoT; Cybersecurity; Blockchain) with social communication. The mission is to provide a decentralised and modular ESG-compliant response model (e.g. Polo Tecnologico Km Blu in Collegno with Sea Marconi as promoter - www.seamarconi.com).

The main challenge is radical innovation in the sector, based on the 'Win-Win Strategy' vision for the circular and granular bio-economy of individual communities. The BIOENPRO H2O project not only proposes an advanced sustainable solution, but will generate new local development opportunities, fostering the creation of start-ups, green companies and new jobs. This model can be exported and reshaped to the specific needs of other communities.
The BIOENPRO H2O project researches and develops new prototypes (TRL6) that demonstrate surprising synergies between different processes (e.g. thermochemistry to co-produce energy from INPUT matrices) and that realise the most efficient extraction and co-valorisation treatment of the aqueous matrix. Modularity allows integration with typical supply chains and technologies already present in the Community such as, for example, biomass (e.g. civil water purification sludge, etc.) making the Community more efficient. These new technological solutions start from what was preliminarily developed on the "Technological Platform - BioEconomy" of the Piedmont Region - Call 2018 with an ATS of 16 public and private Partners and research organisations (www.bioenpro4to.it) for the Turin-West Area and today sees SMAT, CIDIU Servizi, CIDIU, Orchestra and Sea Marconi as excellent Partners.
BIOENPRO H2O's Circular and Granular Economy model motivates the cooperation of individual citizens and stakeholders because they become proactive co-leaders on sustainable solutions that make their community more competitive, supportive and resilient in energy, food, water and environmental terms (decarbonisation and transition processes).
