TOT-AL project, developed by Innovo and SurgiQ with the advice of the University of Piemonte Orientale, aims to develop an innovative digital platform to manage the patients' care pathway from hospitalization to discharge. This initiative seeks to improve healthcare management thorugh supportive health and wellness pathways for individuals.

Innovo will develop a tool for the analysis of the care continuity thanks to the previous knoledge of process mining, while SurgiQ, with experience in artificial intelligence, will take care on optimizing transportation.

Finally, the Alessandria Hospital, as end user, will use the platform to achieve the expected outcomes.

Why is it innovative
Document

The adoption of this technology promises to improve healthcare, increase productivity and work ergonomics, and ensure user training on specific processes, security and privacy. The project supports the reorganization of hospital networks and community medicine, placing the patient at the centre and promoting long-term health.

Impact on the users
Document

The implementation of TOT-AL in the healthcare sector will bring substantial improvements, including reduced hospital stay times, optimized resource management, and standardized healthcare transportation, leading to a positive environmental impact. The collaboration between SurgiQ and Innovo could generate job opportunities, while widespread application will facilitate the management of fragile patients during the transition to community care.
