The service request is aimed at obtaining the necessary scientific, technical and technological expertise to be able to respond to the two primary objectives of the SAFE project, i.e. the transition to a sustainable (environmental health protection objective) and safe (human and animal health protection objective) stable. Within the scope of the environmental sustainability objective, the service request includes technical-scientific support to test prototypes of technosurfaces (new grounds) for equestrian footing that are sustainable with a view to reducing the use of non-renewable natural resources (sand and water). Within the objective of protecting human and animal health, technical-scientific support is requested for the stable microclimate analysis of particulate matter and the respirable fraction of silica (SiO2) that may have a negative impact on the respiratory system of horses and operators. The company VISION S.p.A. has requested the development of a software platform to coordinate different active medical devices used in the treatment of solid tumors in the Head-Neck region. The platform will integrate a machine capable of generating a focused radiofrequency magnetic field, an ultrasound device, and a thermometer. The ultrasound device helps locate and characterize the tumor, allowing for the precise injection of Nanoradox nanoparticles, which are activated by the magnetic field generated by the machine. The localized and controlled overheating induced by the magnetic field triggers apoptosis in tumor cells. DIVINE aims to automatically recognise vine diseases such as downy mildew and powdery mildew through image processing captured directly in the field during normal agricultural operations, using a system trained with artificial intelligence. PESTWIN proposes the development of a digital twin, an advanced simulation model that combines biological and environmental data to facilitate the study of agricultural pests and enable more targeted and effective management. The digital twin will initially be applied to the fruit fly *Drosophila suzukii*, but it will be highly flexible and extendable in the future to other harmful insect species. VINE-AI aims to implement a cloud-based web platform for monitoring the health of grapevines. The system includes a subsystem of artificial intelligence trained to recognise abiotic stresses (e.g., water or nutrient deficiencies) in the vines and the presence of specific pests through the analysis of a set of sample leaves. The project aims to assist producers in meticulously monitoring their vineyards during the growing season, providing valuable data for targeted field operations, such as variable rate fertilisation and cluster thinning, aimed at achieving high-quality standards. SmartSilo aims to develop an interconnected silo for the 'intelligent' supply of feed and to enhance sustainability in the dairy sector. The silos in dairy farms will be equipped with load cells connected to both the farm's computers and those of the suppliers to automatically and remotely monitor the quantity present in the silo and the daily consumption. This system will be developed and optimised in an experimental farm equipped with precision systems for monitoring feed consumption. The Dairy Life PRO project aims to develop software for managing intensive dairy livestock farms, facilitating the management of the herd's records, reproduction, and health. The DIGICAO project aims to develop an information system for the digitalization of sheep farms associated with the Cooperativa Allevatori Ovini (CAO) in Oristano, one of the most important players in the national sheep dairy sector, which includes around 1,000 farms. The project involves collecting all relevant data in the context of a "farm to fork" approach to support the creation of a sustainable and resilient supply chain model, targeting producers, the horeca sector, and consumers. The data gathered in an ever-changing environmental, climatic, and economic context, through the use of digital technologies involving the production chain, will form the information base necessary to build a strategy of valorization and transparency for a high-quality and excellent product like Pinot Noir. The project responds to the growing attention to environmental protection, proposing alternatives to plastic packaging without compromising food safety standards. The approach is based on the principles of the circular economy to increase the environmental, economic and social sustainability of food systems. This will be achieved through the use of natural materials, preferably of organic origin, and the development of innovative, healthy, protein and energizing formulations using local raw materials from organic farming. The "MICENE" project is part of Industry 4.0 and the digital transition in the food sector, aiming to automate the process of separating the sheets of dough in traditional Sardinian breads of high quality. Using ICT, IOT and AI technologies, the aim is to reduce manual work and increase the production process, ensuring constant quality, even with flours from ancient grains.   Automation will speed up the separation of the sheets, improving accuracy and reducing errors. The INOQIT project aims to design and implement a new corporate IT system that allows easier and safer access to data by all stakeholders, including freelancers, employees, customers and institutions. This system will make business operations more efficient, reduce the need for physical travel to the headquarters and promote agile and smart working. The new IT system will manage both internal activities and interactions with customers, such as certification requests, sending documents and regular uploading of production data. The IMPLEMENTO service involves the interconnection of the machines in production to the company Ethernet network, also through the remote control of equipment not designed to be interconnected to the network. The project then involves the installation of a data collection software package for product traceability in milk processing. The system allows you to set and detect the batch of the final product and store this data in an archive, linking it to both the processes performed and the raw materials used and the suppliers. The Hubbuffate project intends to prototype a digital platform for agricultural companies that practice social agriculture to promote digitalization and competitiveness of small companies that practice it, generating a greater social, economic and cultural impact in the communities of reference resulting from the development of these small companies. The platform will be composed of three sections: e-commerce, events services. Each social agricultural company will be able to insert its products and services without intermediation, to acquire equal visibility online. Through the application of the blockchain, each participating entity will have the opportunity to become part of the governance of the “Hubbuffate” brand. The service aims to valorize waste by-products, often considered expensive waste for the environment and the company, and reuse them in the production of vegetable drinks and sweet and savory creams. These by-products include unsold bread from large-scale distribution, brewer's dregs, cocoa bean husks, toasted hazelnut perisperm and pasta processing waste. It is also planned to evaluate the possibility of fermenting some of these products with the use of lactic acid bacteria to improve their nutritional value, leading to the creation of at least five prototypes. For each product, in-depth analyses will be conducted at the compositional, structural, microbiological and sensorial levels, in order to define their market appeal.
